WE ARE CHANGING GYM CULTURE FOR THE BETTER

CHAARG is currently at 100+ universities. We are on a mission to make fitness fun + want to empower college women to feel more comfortable + confident in the gym. Every week, our Chapters partner with local fitness studios + campus rec centers to showcase different ways of working out, as well as go to the gym together to overcome gym-timidation.

This year, we conducted a survey with over 900+ college women,  representing 103 universities across the United States to determine the impact we are having on college campuses – check out how CHAARG can change your campus below 👇

HOW CHAARG INCREASES CAMPUS REC CENTER USAGE

💌 Promote Rec Center Classes + Events: Exec leaders can share the rec center class schedule + upcoming events in their weekly Chapter newsletter. This is a great way to spread the word about what’s going on at your campus rec center!

👯‍♀️ GroupChat Promo Classes: Members can post in their groupchat what classes they plan on taking at the rec (we’ve found that students are more likely to attend classes in a group vs going alone)!

💪 Weight Room Classes w/ Campus Rec Staff: Members feel more confident with utilizing the weight room + asking rec center staff for help. Some Chapters have had “weight room classes” where rec center staff show members how to use different equipment to promote safely using equipment.
