Meet the Ambassador

West Chester Amb

My name is Natalia Donohue + I am currently a junior studying Lifestyle Nutrition at West Chester University of Pennsylvania. I’ve had a passion for fitness ever since junior year of high school when I found myself falling more + more in love with caring for my body. When I came to college, my fitness routine + healthy eating were completely thrown off track. I didn’t know how to work out on my own, where to find the right foods, or where to find a strong + supportive group of friends. College was WAY harder than I expected!! It was during this rough time that I came across CHAARG’s post announcing that Ambassador applications were open, + I knew it was meant to be. CHAARG has truly shifted my college experience from miserable to incredible, + I am fully confident it can do the same for every woman. I can’t wait to continue this incredible CHAARG journey with all of you lovely ladies!

Why did you join CHAARG?

I joined CHAARG when my roommate brought it to our school + I thought it would be a great thing for me. At the time, I was struggling with my mental health and finding time for myself to be healthy. My major is nutrition which ties in greatly with CHAARG + all the recipes that are given. I also joined CHAARG because I wanted something that I could focus my time on that would also benefit me + where I can help others do the same. // Emily [Emily.inchaarg_]

Why should someone join CHAARG?

It is not all about being in fit or healthy eating, it also recognizes mental healthiness and I think that is something that many girls try to avoid and that society kind of makes you think that brushing it off is the right thing to do. // Kait [kay.in.chaarg]

What is something you want to share about CHAARG?

I feel like CHAARG has brought back the side of me that loved to workout when I was younger. Being able to share this journey with girls ALL AROUND THE COUNTRY is absolutely incredible. I am so happy to be on Exec + I’m ready to help girls become CHAARG strong! // Taylor [tshuey.inchaarg]
