Vanilla Cinnamon Acai Bowl
Acai bowls not only look like ice cream [they taste like it too ; )] + they make you feel good about your breakfast choice — sounds like a win win to us! Perfect if you have a sweet tooth, this smoothie bowl with satisfy your sweet tooth cravings ++ keep you happily full, all morning long!
INGREDIENTS
For the bowl
- 1 frozen Acai Packet
- 1 Banana
- ¼ cup Vanilla Almond Milk
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tbsp Almond Butter
For the toppings
- 2 tbsp Pomegranate Seeds
- 2 tbsp Dried Figs
- ¼ cup Granola
- 1 tbsp Hemp Seeds
DIRECTIONS
#1] Add all smoothie bowl ingredients to a blender + blend until smooth. You’re looking for a thick texture, so add less milk than you would for a smoothie!
#2] Pour smoothie into a bowl + layer on the toppings ++ ENJOY!
