Meet the Ambassador

Cassidy Mattson

My name is Cassidy, + I’m the Ambassador for UWEC CHAARG. I’m currently a junior double majoring in Psychology + Kinesiology with big dreams of becoming an Occupational Therapist someday. My favorite way to get my sweat on is by hitting up a barre class or trying one of the awesome group exercise classes up in hilltop. I am *SO* excited to share this amazing journey CHAARG gives us of discovering who we are through health, fitness, ++ wellness. Our Chapter at UWEC is a tight-knit group of incredible girls who are constantly motivating + inspiring one another. I can’t wait to have you join our community + learn what CHAARG is all about.

This organization is about so much more than just working out – it’s about empowering yourself + other women through everything you do!

Here’s what #UWECCHAARG girls are saying…

Why should someone join CHAARG?

You should join CHAARG because you are given many opportunities to learn more about how to keep your body active while in college, + share yummy recipes with each other, try out new workouts, + much more! CHAARG has impacted my college experience so much + I have met some of the most friendly + motivational girls here throughout my CHAARG journey! // Katie [katietschida_inchaarg]

What do you want to share about CHAARG?

I appreciate how open + accepting all the girls were of each other. They all have different favorite types of workouts, different fitness levels, + different body types, ++ yet they made the group feel like a space that is open for everyone. // Grace [grrrace_inchaarg]
