Upper Body Burnout

In this sweat sesh, you’ll be completing the circuit 3X through… every round, you’ll get less + less rest in between exercises. For the 50 reps of bent over rows, complete these at your own pace… as few sets as possible! [ps — you are going to be fabulous at push ups after this workout ; )]

Rest
#1 Round — 30 sec rest in between exercises
#2 Round — 20 sec rest in between exercises
#3 Round — 10 sec rest in between exercises
