My name is Lena Jensen + I am the Ambassador of UW-Milwaukee CHAARG! I have been a member of our Chapter since it was founded in Fall 2017. I am a senior double majoring in Economics + French. My favorite sweat sesh is definitely barre class, but I also love a good run by Lake Michigan ++ a good lifting sesh at the gym [I’m always here as a gym // running // sweat sesh buddy!]. I am so pumped that you are interested in joining our Chapter. This community of girls has been, hands down, one of the best parts of my university experience. Finding a fitness routine that works for you + works with your schedule [especially in college!] is such a passion of mine ++ I love helping other girls find their fit. I also love finding that balance between fitness // treatin’ yourself – it’s SO important! Cannot wait to see you around campus + #inCHAARG!

Upcoming Sweat Sesh: We are currently planning some amazing Weekly Workouts for our CHAARG community!

What do you want to share about CHAARG?

I transferred to UWM the Spring Semester of my freshman year [a Semester before CHAARG became a chapter at UWM] + didn’t feel connected on campus.
