Hello!! My name is Lena + I am the current CHAARG Ambassador here at Pitt! I am a junior Computer Engineer, but joining CHAARG my freshman year was the best decision I’ve made in college! Pitt CHAARG is a community of like-minded women passionate about our health journeys during college! Coming to a Pitt CHAARG event is like a super blast of positive + supportive love from our amazing community of members! Whether you are just starting to workout//have been working out for a while, we have members just like you who are excited to try new things + learn from each other! Some of our favorite events are Zumba, Yoga, ++ Barre! This CHAARG community has encouraged me to be bold at times when I’ve needed to make hard decisions + gave me the confidence to embrace all that life has to throw at me! Come be part of our community + see what CHAARG can do for you!

Upcoming Sweat Sesh: We are currently planning some amazing Weekly Workouts for our CHAARG community!

Small Group Times: These will be announced from our Exec Team within the first 3 weeks of the Semester! We’re confident you’ll find a time that works for you : )

This Semester’s Socials: We are currently planning some amazing socials for our CHAARG community to get to know other Chapter members + get involved on campus, but we are most excited for our third annual Spring Retreat!
