I have been in CHAARG since it was founded at Iowa in the spring of 2016 + have been on the exec team for the past two years. Being a part of CHAARG has shaped my college experience into something indescribably positive. The women who are a part of this organization know no bounds to their kindness and encouragement ++ spread positive vibes everywhere they go. I am so lucky to have something so fabulous in my life + I am so excited for you to join our girl gang ++ find your fit with us in Iowa City!
There are so many amazing things waiting for you in CHAARG — Welcome to our family!

Here’s what #IOWACHAARG girls are saying…
Why did you join CHAARG?
I enjoy working out + staying fit, ++ as an incoming freshman, it can be intimidating to go to the gym. CHAARG gave me a community of girls to workout with who support me + also helped me build my confidence. I’ve met many great friends who share the same interests as me. // Jenna [jenna_konig_inchaarg]
Why should someone join CHAARG?
It’s such a supportive community for people of all abilities + fitness levels! Everyone is very kind + wanting to better themselves, ++ it’s so empowering to be surrounded by so much positivity. // Brittany [Bhegstad.chaarg]
What do you want to share about CHAARG?
I have been so lucky to always have CHAARG girls by my side throughout my time at Iowa as well as in life. // Marissa [marissaa_inchaarg]
