Girl’s nights are necessary to maintain sanity — we all need our girls to binge watch movies, eat copious amounts of popcorn + become green monsters together wearing face masks! Here are some ideas to prepare for the ultimate girl’s night! : )
1] START THE NIGHT EARLY
Ever been at a girlfriend’s house + thought to yourself, okay girl’s I have work // class in the morning — beauty sleep is important! Try starting the night at 6 instead of 8 so you can cook a homemade meal together [try these burgers or salmon!] ++ don’t forget dessert! It’s a fun way to bond with your girls, ++ you’ll have plenty of time to catch up + chat without staying out too late!
2] HEALTHY SNACKS ON DECK
After dinner there’s always more talking, self lovin’ ++ a rom-com or two — after all of the talking, you may work up an appetite! ; ) Always have lots of healthy snacks for when the late night munchies hit. Some of our go-to snacks are cheesy protein popcorn, mango guac or fruit + nut mix!
3] MAKE STAYING HYDRATED FUN
We all know that staying hydrated is super beneficial for our bodies. Water, water + more water! Try making fruit-infused waters, smoothies, or juices — Girl’s night shouldn’t be boring + neither should your drinks ; ). The occasional glass of wine or cocktail won’t kill ya either! Not 21? Try these mocktails!
4] GET MOVING
Lounging around watching a movie can be awesome sometimes, but it can be equally as fun to get moving! No need to splurge on a workout class with your girlfriends [even though that can be a blast as well!], turn on some music + dance it out! Want something more chill? Everyone can bring a yoga mat to GNI ++ you can get your flow on together to de-stress from your busy week.
5] MAKE TIME FOR SELF-CARE
