Thanksgiving Parade Workout
Thanksgiving is here! : ) Traditionally, many families start their morning on the couch enjoying the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, which then leads into a full day of enjoying some good eats + sitting around on the couch some more to watch football, a movie, or play games.
While this can be a lot of fun + a great way to spend time with those we care about, we are being significantly less active than usual, on a day that we are consuming significantly more! Yes, there are some go-getters out there who participate in their annual turkey trot, but if running is not your thing, or you want to get something in quick, here’s your chance! Follow this workout while you enjoy the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade + you can feel good for the rest of the day, knowing you got a killer workout in ++ still spent the morning with your fam!

Parade ends: 10 Burpees
Commercial breaks: Plank [hold as long as you can… hold longer each time]
Black Friday commercial: 10 Plank Jacks
They say “turkey”: 20 In + Out Jumps
They say “pie”: 10 Sit-Ups
They say “shopping”: 10 Jumping Jacks
They say “football”: 20 Flutter Kicks
