Happy Workout Wed! Today’s workout can be done outside or at your gym — just make sure you grab a jump rope + the Nike+ App//Sport Watch to measure distance if you are taking your workout outside. Part of your circuit includes SPRINTS. Make sure to go ALL OUT for the .05 miles that you are *on*. If you are using a treadmill for the sprints, simply hop to the sides of the treadmill for the 10 second that you are *off*, as opposed to slowing down the speed to walk. This will ensure that you can get right back to the SPRINT when your short rest is up. Lez do this!
