Quick + Easy Superfood Smoothie
This superfood smoothie is full of blueberries, strawberries, chia seeds + yogurt — each ingredient holding its own nutritional value. Blueberries + strawberries have strong antioxidant capacities + contain vitamins, minerals, ++ fiber — associated with several health benefits [learn more about them here]! Chia seeds contain antioxidants, fiber, protein, + omega-3 fatty acids [a lot of goodness]. To top it off, yogurt supplies calcium + protein, + contains probiotics!

*Makes one serving
- ½ cup of Almond Milk [we used unsweetened]
- ¼ cup of Nonfat Greek Yogurt
- 2 tbsp of Oats
- 2 Ice Cubes
- 3 Strawberries
- ½ cup of Blueberries
- ½ tbsp of Honey
- ½ tbsp of Chia Seeds
#1] Add oats, almond milk, nonfat greek yogurt, + ice to blender
#2] Blend until ice is broken up + there are no chunks!
#3] Add blueberries, strawberries, honey, + chia seeds
#4] Blend until desired consistency!
