2 pieces of Toast//Whole Grain Crackers
3 tbsp Hummus
1 tsp Hemp Seeds
1 Tbsp Pepitas
1/4 cup Grape Tomatoes [sliced]
1 tsp Olive Oil
1] Slice the tomato, spread the hummus on the toast, ++ sprinkle on pepitas + hemp seeds. Drizzle on the olive oil.
2] Eat up!
