Sun Burst

It’s #WorkoutWeds + we are going to train insane today ; ). This workout is very challenging — but rest assured, you’ll feel awesome afterwards. Get out a tape measurer [seriously…] + find a space where you can mark off the distance for each sprint. I encourage you to make four marks for 10, 20, 50 + 100 yards. For the 200 yard distance, you can run up + down the 100 yard mark.

Here’s the thing… every sprint should be ALL. OUT. It’s going to seem silly sprinting 10 yards [it’s so short!] — but it will warm you up for the sprints to come. Make sure to take only the allotted amount of rest. Active rest means that you should still be moving… so shake out your legs//walk a bit//etc. #LEDDODIS.

EXERCISES

10 x 10 yard SPRINT // 10 sec active rest* between sprints

10 x 20 yard SPRINT // 15 sec active rest between sprints

10 x 50 yard SPRINT // 20 sec active rest between sprints

10 x 100 yard SPRINT // 30 sec active rest between sprints

5 x 200 yard SPRINT // 60 sec active rest between sprints

.5 miles — WALK. IT. OUT.
