Baby, you a STUNNA. This workout is from the UVA track team [YEP, we are gettin’ on that level ; )]. The best part about workouts like this — they are what YOU make of it! Try your hardest to stick to the allotted rest time. This workout is best on a track, but a treadmill or using Nike+ works just fine. Make sure to keep an eye on the distance because it passes by QUICK. 50m = .03miles // 100m = .06 miles // 200m = .12 miles. Let’s go girl.
