Happy Workout Wed! Today, we are fallin’ in love with STAIRS. For those of you who have never tried the Stair Stepper before — you aren’t alone. This workout was my first time ever trying it ++ I kind of dig it. It takes quite a bit of coordination, so make sure that you are keeping a close eye on the stairs, especially when going backwards//side shuffling. You might not think it is that *hard* — but trust me: you’ll end up drenched in sweat in the best possible way. ENJOY!
