Spicy Cacao Smoothie Bowl

If you’ve ever had mole or Mexican Chocolate, you know that chocolate + spice is a unique + delicious combo! Pro tip — if you make it extra thick [add more banana!], it basically becomes ice cream… + who wouldn’t want ice cream for breakfast?  ; )

INGREDIENTS

  • Frozen Banana
  • Greens [Spinach, Kale, Chard, or a mix]
  • 2 tbsp Cacao Powder
  • 2 tsp Maca Powder
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon 
  • 2 tsp Chili Powder
  • Optional: 2 scoops Vital Proteins Collagen
  • Splash of Almond Milk
  • Toppings: Fresh + Dried Fruit, Nuts, Granola, + Peanut Butter 

DIRECTIONS

#1] Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor [add frozen fruit first to help it blend!]
#2] Blend, top with your favorite toppings, ++ enjoy! : )
