You are beautiful inside + out… it’s time to CELEBRATE your beauty! We say this a lot, but it’s so true: SWEAT IS SEXY! When we sweat… we sparkle ; ) ++ now let’s get after the SPARKLE CIRCUIT. This workout is made up of “mini-circuits” with 3 exercises each. You’ll will complete each “mini-circuit” twice through! Grab a set of dumbbells + GET YO’ SWEAT ON.
EXERCISES
Rest 15 seconds in between each exercise in the mini-circuit
Rest 30-60 seconds after each round of the mini-circuit
2X — 12 DB Swing + 30 sec High Knees + 12 Lateral Raise
2X — 10 Push Ups + 30 sec Mountain Climber + 10 Bicep Curls
2X — 12 Bench Dips + 30 sec Dead Burpees + 12 DB Skullcrushers
2X — 10 Floor Flys + Tricep Press + 30 sec In + Out Jumps + 10 Curl Press
2X — 12 Cuban Press + 30 sec Half Burpee//Push Up + 12 Bent Over DB Row
