Our boys from Share It Fitness are back with a SNOWED IN SUPERSET. Although we did challenge you to get outside + run yesterday, we know that 9 times out of 10 you are going to want to work out indoors this winter — we don’t blame you! [it’s supposed to be the coldest winter yet, #halp]. That is why, on the third day of CHAARGmas, Share It Fitness created a high intensity bodyweight workout for us that we can do at home! ++ it only takes 35//40 min : )
This workout is in superset fashion — meaning, we are doing two exercises in a row with no breaks. Once the exercise is over, you’ll rest for 30 seconds before moving on to the next superset. The superset consists of a strength training exercise + a plyo exercise. You’ll be doing 30 reps of the strength exercise + 30 seconds of the plyo exercise. You may not be able to do all 30 reps of the strength exercise in a row, + that is totally okay! Take a quick 5 seconds rest + get right back into it — the goal is to complete the strength exercise in as few sets as possible.
