Sleeveless Circuit

Roll up yo’ sleeves — we are about to have an arm party ; ) Grab two set of weights [one for the hammer curls//bent over rows + one for the lateral raises] + a jump rope! You’ll complete all of the exercises in a row, no rest until the end of the circuit ; ). Every circuit, you’ll increase in the amount of reps per exercise. If you need to decrease in weights — no worries, just make sure you are not taking any *rest* within the reps of an exercise. You go girl!

EXERCISES

10 Hammer Curls + 10 Bent Over Rows + 10 Lateral Raises + 100 Jump Rope + 30 sec Rest

12 Hammer Curls + 12 Bent Over Rows + 12 Lateral Raises + 150 Jump Rope + 30 sec Rest

15 Hammer Curls + 15 Bent Over Rows + 15 Lateral Raises + 200 Jump Rope + 30 sec Rest

18 Hammer Curls + 18 Bent Over Rows + 18 Lateral Raises + 250 Jump Rope + 30 sec Rest

20 Hammer Curls + 20 Bent Over Rows + 20 Lateral Raises + 300 Jump Rope + 30 sec Rest

BONUS ROUND

*30 seconds rest in between sets

3X20 Burpee + Front Swing

3X20 Bench Dips
