I am a firm believer in using social media as a tool for positivity + encouragement. If someone on your feed makes you feel unworthy, lesser, or just bad about yourself + your life, unfollow them! You should never feel guilty about taking care of yourself. Mental health is just as important as physical health, so why not follow accounts who give you emotional + mental support you crave?
