Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal

Though it might be *frowned upon* to have dessert for breakfast [even though we all do it from time to time ; )], there’s no need to worry — there’s far more than one way to get that dessert flavor +  still have a healthy morning start! Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal is an amazing alternative to the not-so-nutritious pumpkin pie that we all love  ++ it’s SO easy to make!


1 cup Almond Milk

½ cup canned Pumpkin

½ cup quick Oats

1 tbsp light Brown Sugar

½ tsp Nutmeg

1 tsp Cinnamon


#1] In a medium saucepan, bring almond milk to a boil.

#2] Reduce to medium heat, add pumpkin + stir gently.

#3] Add brown sugar, nutmeg + cinnamon.

#4] Finally, add oats + stir occasionally — making sure it doesn’t stick to the pan.

#5] EAT UP : )
