This is another great workout to do outdoors — you don’t even need a set of weights! : ) Complete the circuit 3X, paying attention to the rest after each superset… it decreases throughout the circuit!

30 Vertical Crunch + 30 Bicycles + 30 sec Rest

25 Hip Raises + 25 Leg Raises + 25 sec Rest

20 Spider Planks + 20 Russian Twists + 20 sec Rest

15 Eagle Sit Ups + 15 Hip Dips + 15 sec Rest

10 Alternating Leg Raises + 10 Leg Climbers + 10 sec Rest

5 Sit Ups + 5 Horizontal Jacks + 60 seconds
