On how CHAARG has impacted their college journeys:
— “I don’t think I would be at Kent still if it weren’t for CHAARG.”
— “You see girls in the gym, in the weight room, + I don’t know about you guys, but I just assume they’re in CHAARG…you definitely see them in every part of the gym, not just in the cardio section.”
Tips for succeeding as an Exec member:
— Stay organized! ; ) “I can’t imagine this position without my planner.”
— Plan ahead: “start planning [for events] way earlier than you think you need to plan, just to get all of the major details worked out…our retreat was in September, and I started planning at the beginning of summer.”
— Tap into your passion for CHAARG: “I think you have to love it… it is so magical, but it is so time-consuming, + if you don’t love it, you’ll be drained.”
What CHAARG means to them:
— “[CHAARG] isn’t being on Exec, or the workouts, or anything that we physically do. It’s the feeling, to me.”
— “My favorite events are the ones that you come out of + you feel the energy of everyone, you just feel that CHAARG high.”
