Pineapple Pump

Today, we are rowin’, curlin’ + pressin’ pineapples — eer, dumbbells [but pineapples work too if you have them ; )]. Pick one set of dumbbells [8-15 lbs] — you’ll be using the same weight for all of the exercises. In between each exercise, you’ll complete 20 seconds of *cardio* [first round — 20 seconds of jumping jacks in between each exercise, etc]. Let’s get that pump [++ sweat] on!

EXERCISES

1 minute rest after each circuit

Round #1 — 20 sec Jumping Jacks

Round #2 — 20 sec In + Out Jumps

Round #3 — 20 sec Criss Cross Jumps

12 Bent Over Rows

12 Bicep Curls

12 Shoulder Press

12 Upright Rows

12 Inner Bicep Curl

12 Tricep Dips

12 Plank Rows

12 Hammer Curls

12 Push Ups

12 Row + Curl + Press
