Pineapple Matcha Smoothie Bowl

The only way to improve your morning smoothie? Serve it inside a pineapple, of course! ; ) This tropical smoothie bowl is sure to brighten your day + help you welcome in spring time!


  • 1/2 Lime [juiced]
  • 1 Banana [frozen]
  • 1 Pineapple
  • 1/4 cup Almond Milk
  • 1 1/2 cups Spinach
  • 1 1/2 tsp Matcha Powder
  • *Optional [Kiwi, Chia Seeds, Coconut Flakes]


#1] Slice the pineapple in half length-wise. Use a knife to cut the outline of the *bowl* in the pineapple + use a spoon to scoop out the fruit.
#2] Place 1 cup of pineapple in the blender, add in all other ingredients, + blend until smooth! Pour the smoothie into your pineapple bowl, top with coconut, chia, + kiwi ++ eat up! : )
