Pineapple Matcha Smoothie Bowl

The only way to improve your morning smoothie? Serve it inside a pineapple, of course! ; ) This tropical smoothie bowl is sure to brighten your day + help you welcome in spring time!


1/2 Lime [juiced]
1 Banana [frozen]
1 Pineapple
1/4 cup Almond Milk
1 1/2 cups Spinach
1 1/2 tsp Matcha Powder


1 Kiwi
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
1 tbsp Coconut Flakes


1] Slice the pineapple in half length-wise. Use a knife to cut the outline of the *bowl* in the pineapple + use a spoon to scoop out the fruit.


2] Place 1 cup of pineapple in the blender, add in all other ingredients, + blend until smooth! Pour the smoothie into your pineapple bowl, top with coconut, chia, + kiwi ++ eat up! : )
