Grab a jump rope ++ mat, ++ let’s get ta werk! Every superset consists of a *core exercise* + *jump rope* + *cardio exercise*. Depending on your preference, feel free to complete each superset 2X in a row… OR, complete the entire workout 2X. Treat yourself to a Pina Colada Smoothie after this sweat sesh!
