Peppermint Coconut Bark

If you’re looking for a treat to bring to your next holiday party, but you’re running low on time, ingredients, [or just want to avoid baking ; )] — holiday bark is a perfect option! You only needed a couple of ingredients ++ you can never go wrong with chocolate desserts. The best part of the recipe? The ingredients are totally customizable, but we highly recommend this coconut + dark chocolate ++ peppermint combo!


  • 1 cup White Chocolate Chips
  • ¾ cup Dark Chocolate Chips
  • ⅓ cup Crushed Peppermint Candies
  • ⅓ cup Shredded Coconut
  • ⅓ cup Chocolate Coconut Flakes


#1] Line a bread 9 x 3 inch pan with foil + lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray. Place ¾ cup of white chocolate chips into a bowl, microwave for 30 seconds + stir. Repeat ten seconds burst of heating + stirring, until the chocolate has melted. Pour the melted chocolate into the pan + place in the fridge for 5 minutes.
#2] Microwave the dark chocolate chips for 30 seconds + stir. Pour the melted dark chocolate over the white chocolate layer. Place in the fridge for 5 minutes.
#3] Melt the remaining white chocolate + pour on top. While the chocolate is still warm, sprinkle on the coconut flakes, peppermint candies + shredded coconut. Place in the freezer until the chocolate is completely set — once set, remove + break into pieces.
