PB Banana Smoothie

Anyone else still on a peanut butter-banana kick from the cookies during week one? ; ) Try this smoothie for a filling breakfast! Bonus — add coffee for a little energy boost + great flavor!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 2 tbsp PB2 or Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt or 1/3 cup Frozen Cauliflower
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/3 cup Almond or Coconut Milk
  • Optional: vanilla or chocolate protein powder or 1/4 cup coffee!

DIRECTIONS

#1] Add all ingredients to a blender + blend until smooth
#2] Take on the go or add to a bowl + top with anything! We put dark chocolate covered pumpkin seeds + granola on ours!
