PB Banana Cluster Cookies
If you love the PB banana combo as much as we do, you’ll be obsessed with this recipe. These cluster cookies make the perfect healthier alternative for a sweet treat or add to a bowl of yogurt for breakfast!
INGREDIENTS
- 2 Bananas [very ripe!]
- 2 1/2 cups Oats
- 1 cup Peanut Butter [or Almond Butter]
- 1/3 cup Honey
- 1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts
- 1/3 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- Optional: give them a fall spin + add 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice!
DIRECTIONS
#1] Preheat oven to 350 degrees + grease a baking sheet
#2] Mash ripe bananas in a large mixing bowl
#3] Add remainder of ingredients to bowl + mix well
#4] Mold batter into cookies on baking sheet [about 1/4 cup per cookie]
#5] Bake for 12-15 minutes!
*Nut allergy? Use sunflower butter + replace walnuts with coconut flakes or cranberries
