Meet the Ambassador


My name is Taylor Wilson, + I am a Senior majoring in Integrative Physiology + Neurobiology with a minor in Psychology. My fitness journey began my freshman year of college when I began my pre-med studies + I no longer had time to frequently ride horses for a workout. Since then, I’ve made it a priority to work out every day + follow an “in moderation” diet, because what’s life without sweets + Chick-fil-A! 🙂 With this in mind, I love doing all types of workouts like Zumba, kickboxing, cycling, yoga, CrossFit, + so much more! Since I love exploring different types of exercises, I joined CHAARG halfway through my junior year + joining the Chapter + National community was one of the best decisions I have made so far in my college career. Not only have I made amazing new friends, I’ve grown in my fitness journey + as an individual since CHAARG has helped me gained confidence in almost all aspects of my life.
