Fitness Blender has over 400 workout videos, guaranteeing that you’ll never run out! The instructors are easy to follow + most videos even include a warm-up + cool down. These videos can fit with any schedule, as they range from 10 minutes to over an hour. Abs, legs, arms, you name it, can all be found on this channel. Try their cardio kickboxing + abs video if you want a sweat with a punch!
Yoga with Adriene has a 30-day yoga challenge that you can start at any time. Her videos are on the longer side, with the shortest ones being about 20 minutes. Certain videos focus on specific areas of the body, so you can find the one that fits your needs. Hands free yoga + yoga for tired legs are two of the many options on her channel. You can do these videos anytime, anywhere, whether you’re a beginner or yoga expert : )
PopSugar Fitness is great for their large variety of workouts. Here you’ll find cardio, strength training, yoga, pilates + more. This channel is a great place to find healthy recipes as well. Their endless amount of smoothie, salad + dessert ideas is amazing! Videos range from 2 minutes to 40 minutes so you can easy find something that works best for you.
