Mermaid Abs

Today’s sweat sesh is all about the core — we are going to have mermaid abs at the end of the #CHAARGSBFP ; ) Set your clock for 8 minutes + complete the circuit for as many times as possible. You goal should be to make it through two rounds of the circuit! Once you complete Circuit 1… rest for one minute + then complete Circuit 2. ++ REPEAT! This is a recovery workout — you guys earned it!
