Launching ProjectSelf444, a spiritual collaboration with my friend Mike Chown. We hosted our first workshop + I got to facilitate conversations rooted in law of attraction, limiting beliefs, + spiritual signs.

There will always be ups//downs.  One day you will look great in that insta post + the next day you won’t. Enjoy + lean in to the moments you feel great, ++ allow yourself to move past the moments you don’t.
