2] Go to healthy breakfast:

As of lately — oatmeal! 1 cup of water, 1/2 cup of oats, 1 scoop of chocolate protein, 1 cup of frozen berries, cinnamon, splash of coconut milk… + add toppings: banana, nut butter, chocolate flakes, etc!

3] 3 things always in my pantry:

Oats, matcha [as of lately…], + tons of nuts

4] Favorite sweat sesh:

Yoga

Local Foods for brunch

Smile : )

My hunger for self-growth + sharing that with others… + my emotional//sensitive//vulnerable side
