1] Profession + City:

Alex, Fitness Coach & Brand Consultant, + Cleveland, OH

2] Go to healthy breakfast:

Whey waffle! Protein powder and an egg topped with some almond butter!

3] 3 things always in my pantry:

Protein powder, matcha, + flax seed

4] Favorite sweat sesh:

Leg day! Well glute day if we’re being specific ; )

5] Favorite restaurant in my city:

Townhall or it’s sister cafe resultant, Rebol!

6] Physical aspect of my body I love:

My muscles, because I built them — I have control over shaping my body!

7] Quality I admire in myself:

I’ve learned to be very generous no matter how much I have or I do not have, you can always give.

8] Currently, I’m working on:

Not giving as much of my time away. Time is the most precious resource we have + I often say “YES!” immediately before looking at how much time I truly have available.

9] Proudest wellness moment:

Healing my gut!

10] Wellness trend I love:

Intermittent fasting + Celery Juice

11] What I learned through my wellness journey:

You can always keep learning. I think we get into a groove with our fitness or diet + believe everything outside of it is wrong without continuing to try ++ experiment.

12] When I’m stressed out I:

Cry… lol. I try to make it to yoga, it’s taught me so much this year + I can breath through my stress. Or I close my computer + stop for the day, that’s okay to do… I’m the boss!

13] Habit that changed my life:

Yoga, + shutting off my phone, ++ work at 8… well 9 at the latest. It’s still a work in progress.

Stop comparing yourself to her. Unfollow anyone who makes you feel inferior or worse about yourself on the internet, now!

You don’t have to impress them + it’s not the end of the world. Nothing + no one is worth the effort to change who you truly are.
