Mediterranean Hummus Wrap

Sandwiches are an easy lunch time staple, but with not so healthy toppings or served on a large bun, they’re not always the healthiest choice. When it comes to the convenice factor – nothing beats the conveniece of a sanwich, so we created a healthy alternative that’s just as easy to pack + take on-the-go!


  • 2 tbsp Roasted Garlic Hummus
  • 1 cup of Arugula
  • 1/3 cup Mini Bell Peppers
  • 1/3 cup Tomatoes
  • 4 oz. Chicken Breast [we recommend TJ’s Lemon Pepper Chicken]
  • 1 tbsp Feta Cheese
  • 1 Whole Grain Wrap [we recommend Ezekial bread!]


#1] Chop up your veggies, spread on the hummus + layer on the toppings.

#2] Roll it up + enjoy!
