Make Your Own Nut Butters in 2 Easy Steps
We know nut butters can get expensive, especially if you’re looking for natural ingredients. Luckily, they are super simple to make + the ingredients are much cheaper than buying premade jars.
What You Will Need: A food processor, a spatula + the ingredients for your desired nut butter [your food processor does not need to be big + fancy for this to work. We love this mini one!]
Each of our recipes calls for 1 ½ cups of nuts. You can either buy roasted, unsalted nuts or buy them raw + roast them yourself! It’s hard to beat fresh roasted nuts, but buying them pre-roasted can make the process even easier!
How to Make it // add your nuts to the food processor + mix until a creamy texture forms [this can take up to 10 minutes so be patient!]. Once your nut butter is at the right consistency, add the rest of the ingredients [seeds, flavoring, salt etc.] + mix for about another 30 seconds. You can also add another handful of nuts in this step if you like chunky nut butter. Transfer your nut butter to a jar + store in the fridge for up to a month!

POWERHOUSE PEANUT BUTTER
- 1 ½ cups Roasted Peanuts
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 tsp Flax Seeds
- ¼ tsp Salt
CINNAMON SWIRL
- 1 ½ cups Roasted Almonds
- ½ tsp Cinnamon
- ¼ tsp Vanilla
- ¼ tsp Salt
WALNUTS + PECANS + ALMONDS OH MY
- ½ cup Roasted Walnuts
- ¼ cup Roasted Pecans
- ¾ cup Roasted Almonds
- ¼ tsp Salt
COCOA CRAZY
- 1 ½ cup Peanuts
- 2 tsp Chocolate Protein Powder
- ¼ tsp Sea Salt
