Lemon Garlic Summer Pasta

We always get requests for *healthier* pasta recipes, so we wanted to give you a lighter summer pasta recipe! With this combination of lemon juice, garlic, + a little bit of parm, you won’t even miss your go-to pasta sauce! We highly recommend trying chickpea or brown rice pasta for a healthier option : )

Time: 15 minutes
*Makes two servings

  • 3 Garlic Cloves
  • Optional: 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese

Directions

1] Cook pasta according to directions
2] Chop kale into bite sized pieces, add to a bowl with a pinch of salt, + massage with your hands until the kale is darker green in color + fragrant

4] After 4 minutes, add kale/chopped garlic to the pan + saute for 1 more minute
5] Turn off the stovetop, add peas, + mix everything together well
