This sweat sesh will give ya more energy than a #CHAARGUP — seriously. Jump rope combined with sprinting? eeeeeee! After completing this workout, you’ll have sprinted 1.5 miles + jumped FIFTEEN HUNDRED times [what]. If you miss a beat while jump roping, don’t sweat it — just get right back into it ; ). During the sprints — go ALL. OUT.
To set up your “sprinting distance,” walk off .05 miles [you can use Nike+ for this!]. This way, you’ll be able to jump rope + then sprint .1 mile [down + back] ++ end up right next to your jump rope. #JOLTUPBABY.
