Iced Dirty Vanilla Chai

Coffee, wait… iced coffee with protein? YEP, this a game changer. Iced coffee is a staple for these HOT summer mornings, but unfortunately, the delicious drinks sold at your local cafe are often packed with sugar, unwanted fats, + empty calories. But our love for coffee is immeasurable + we weren’t going to let anything hold us back. So — we were inspired to create a healthy, DIY version of one of our fav drinks — the Dirty Chai Latte. This recipe gets a summertime makeover by ditching the added sugars, turning into an iced coffee, + gaining a protein boost with the addition of our favorite, About Time Protein.

If you haven’t tried About Time yet, yes, you guessed it — it’s about time you do! Their protein powders are delicious, have 5 or less ingredients, + come in 10 amazing flavors like birthday cake, chocolate peanut butter, + mocha mint [Thin Mints anyone?]. ++ The best part? They’re giving all the #CHAARGBOOTYCAMP girls a 25% discount with the code CHAARG! In case you need help making up your mind, they have sample packets so that you can try every flavor!

So — upgrade your morning with this protein-packed coffee featuring a spicy kick [; )] — it’ll wake ya up + keep you feeling full for hours. What’s not to love about that?!
