Use this section to prioritize + plan your workout. Write out the day’s #SweatSesh + when you plan to get it done, but don’t stop there — this space can be used to help you reflect on the workout. Which exercises did you excel at//which needed work? Record them here. This gives you something to look back on + track your growth.

But if you take time in the morning + begin your day with a plan it will be much easier to find time for #eeeeeats that will keep you feeling strong, instead of foods that simply satisfy your hunger.

Although it may be tempting to think of something throughout the day, try to save this for right before you go to bed — it’s best to reflect on your day as a whole + use that to set a focus for the next day. This gives you a more complete idea of your day that you can use to focus on the *bigger picture* + what’s most important going forward.
