Heat Iit Up

 Grab a jump rope, a mat + head outside for some SPRINTS today! I encourage you to do a few *test* 30 seconds sprints. Find that *sweet spot* where it’s a challenging distance to complete in 30 seconds… but it’s possible ; ). Once you find that — place a jump rope on one end ++ a mat on the other. Make sure to take *active rest* during your 30 seconds rest — shake out your legs//walk a bit//etc… before you head into another SPRINT!
