Grilled Lemon-Lime Avocado



Okay, avocados are obviously my favorite food in the world. YOU CAN GRILL THEM + you know what? They’re incredible! You can choose to eat these plain [like I did…] or you can slice them + add them to a summer salad for an added pop of flavor! You could even add an egg into the center + bake it or try adding salsa into the middle for a Mexican flair. The possibility are endless ; )


1 Avocado [halved + pitted]

1 tsp Olive Oil

½ Lemon [juiced]

1 small Lime [juiced]

Salt + Pepper [to taste]


#1] Squeeze the lemon + lime juice over both halves of the avocado, drizzle with olive oil, + sprinkle with salt + pepper!

IMG_7099_#2] Place face down on the grill + cook for about 10-15 minutes, or until the avocado becomes tender//starts to brown.

#3] Serve immediately + enjoy!
