I know, this sounds crazy right? But this savory + sweet concoction is the perfect summer//poolside snack! This recipe is incredibly quick + easy — you only need two ingredients! Since everything in this recipe is FRESH, it’s packed full of vitamins + minerals. Eating grilled watermelon was definitely *different*, but still 100% delicious! I will be making these for my friends at my next barbecue!
5 slices fresh Watermelon
1-2 tbsp fresh Basil [finely chopped]
1] Place the watermelon slices on the grill + cook for about 5-10 minutes, or until grill marks start to form.
