Green Goddess Smoothie

We heart smoothies. It’s probably our favorite post workout snack. The best part about smoothies is that you can throw pretty much anything in a blender + out comes your new favorite recipe! Who would have thought OJ + PB would work so perfectly together? Don’t forget to add in protein powder — your muscles will thank you later ; )


12 oz. of Orange Juice

2 tbsp of Peanut Butter

1.5 Bananas

6 oz. of Greek Yogurt [plain]

1 scoop of Protein Powder

2 cups of Spinach

3/4 cup Frozen Pineapple

Handful of Ice Cubs


Blend + enjoy!
