Green Goddess Smoothie

GreenGoddess_HeaderWe heart smoothies. It’s probably our favorite post workout snack. The best part about smoothies is that you can throw pretty much anything in a blender + out comes your new favorite recipe! Who would have thought OJ + PB would work so perfectly together? Don’t forget to add in protein powder — your muscles will thank you later ; )

INGREDIENTS

– 12 oz. of Orange Juice

– 2 tbsp of Peanut Butter

– 1.5 Bananas

– 6 oz. of Greek Yogurt [plain]

– 1 scoop of Protein Powder [we prefer About Time ; )]

– 2 cups of Spinach

– 3/4 cup Frozen Pineapple

– Handful of Ice Cubs
