Full Body Sculpt

Happy Workout Wed! Grab one set of weights [between 5 lbs + 12 lbs!] + find a place where you can do box jumps! If you are a beginner — only complete this circuit once through. If you consider yourself advanced, complete this circuit twice through! You’ll be resting 30 seconds in between exercises.  // PS — Renegade Planks will most likely be your toughest exercise [yay!]. Feel free to do these without weights if you feel your dumbbells are too heavy.
