The CHAARG FitPlan is a virtual, interactive workout program, complete with FIVE weeks of sweat seshes, yoga flows, healthy [+ dorm friendly!] recipes, daily challenges to motivate you throughout your journey ++ SO MUCH MORE. The best part of the CHAARG FitPlan is that you'll be doing it alongside 2,000 college-aged girls from across the country + girls in your CHAARG Chapter. Starting October 16, we'll be giving you the tools to live a happy + healthy [++ sweaty ; )] life.
MOTIVATIONAL NEWSLETTERS — On Sundays, you will receive the CHAARG FitPlan Newsletter with motivation for the week ahead! You will be able to access the entire week’s worth of workouts on Sunday, so that you can schedule your week without missing a #sweatsesh ; )
5 WEEKS OF WORKOUTS — All workouts will be available on our #CHAARGFITPLAN *Members Only* Page [which you’ll be invited to once you register for the FitPan! <3]. Every workout can be done in 45 minutes or less + will incorporate weight lifting, machines located on the *boys side* of the gym [benchpress, anyone?], + yoga postures complete with demo videos showing you HOW to perform the exercise.
BONUS BURNS -- You’ll be given 10 *extra credit* Bonus Burns [short + intense core sweat seshes] to be completed at any time during this FitPlan. These mini workouts are for those who want a little something extra in their workout routine!
MEET YOUR FAM IN THE #CHAARGFITPLAN FACEBOOK GROUP -- You’ll be added to the #CHAARGFITPLAN Private Facebook Group with all of the other girls participating to connect with each other. You’ll be immersed in the supportive, positive + empowering CHAARG community — it will help motivate you to have your BEST semester possible.
HEALTHY [+ DORM FRIENDLY] RECIPES EVERY WEEK -- Throughout the FitPlan, you will receive 5 different recipes to try at home [they can even be made in your dorm room ; )]. Each week, you will be able to access a new recipe for a 10-minute meal or one on-the-go snack recipe.
FIND YOUR FLOW -- Elisabeth from CHAARG will be leading THREE yoga flows throughout the FitPlan. You will be able to easily access these recorded yoga flows on the CHAARG FitPlan website page, so you can just grab your mat + start your flow!
#CHAARGFITPLAN ATHLEISURE LINE -- You can never have enough workout gear -- especially CHAARG workout gear! We created an exclusive line, just for CHAARG FitPlan participants!
