Dumbbell Treadmill Climb

Today’s workout has a lil’ kick to it — you’ll be on the treadmill… with weights. YUP. Grab a 5-10 lb set of dumbbells + let’s HIIT it. You’ll be surprised by how much you sweat. If you need to modify, make sure you adjust the speeds [NOT incline ; )] uniformly for every section. Enjoy! : )
