Dessert Nachos

Dessert nachos are an easy [+ healthy!] treat that you can make + share with loved ones during the holiday season… trust me, they will for sure be a hit ; )

Ingredients:

  • 2 Small Apples or 1 Large Apple
  • Almond Butter or Peanut Butter [we recommend RX Almond Butter in an individual packet]
  • Pumpkin Seeds 
  • Chia Seeds 
  • Chocolate Sauce
  • *Optional: Granola, Coconut Flakes – any other toppings you’d like ; )

Directions:

1] Make the chocolate sauce by melting the coconut oil + then whisking the maple syrup, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, raw cacao powder, + vanilla in a bowl. Allow the chocolate sauce to cool for 10-15 minutes if needed so you can easily *drizzle* it
2] While the chocolate sauce is cooling, slice your apples + place on a plate
3] Drizzle the almond butter over the apples
4] Sprinkle a handful of chia seeds over the apples
5] Sprinkle a handful of pumpkin seeds over the apples
6] Drizzle the chocolate sauce over the apples
7] Top the dessert nachos with any other toppings you’re craving + enjoy : )
